Thank you for your interest in our Working Class Hero program. Please read the requirements and limitations of the program before you apply.
There are 3 parts to the application process. You will have to send in a copy of your latest tax return as well as a letter verifying your financial need and complete the application.
Tax form - your latest IRS 1040 tax return needs to be submitted. If you don’t file taxes, we need to see your approval form for any state assistance or disability you receive (COMPASS form)
Verification Letter - the letter cannot come from relative and must be from a social services agency, church, or similar non-profit organization. Any volunteer work that you do would qualify for this.
